Norwich City head coach Johannes Hoff Thorup confirmed there were no new injury concerns coming out of Saturday's fixture, whilst noting that he remains mindful in managing Marcelino Núñez's return.
City lost 3-0 to Queens Park Rangers at the weekend, a surprising defeat that followed two impressive performances against Plymouth Argyle and Luton Town.
"After the game, I opened up the floor to more players. There's a good feeling that we are a good football team, all of us know our strengths and we know how good we are at our best," the Dane said.
"We know when we are not at our best, we need to invest 10/15 minutes into a game, earn our right to play again and find the way we want to play after. It's so much about finding balance.
"If we can't find our feet in a game, we have to make sure we are still competitive, we have shown there is still some way to go for us to be consistent.
"I believe so much in the strategy that we have; we keep on improving, we keep on developing.
"There's plenty of other good teams in this league and we cannot accept that we will always be the better side.
"When we are really good we have to be even more clear in what we do and we need to accept there will be moments where we need to open up in more variations.
"As a team and when I look at the group, we are in a good place, they are really trying everything they can.
"It's also on me to show that confidence in the team, they have showed some tough moments in this season. There's areas in our game where our man marking was not enough.
"Everything we do is collective, if you want to blame one guy, it will always be me.
"When we talk about set pieces, we do it with everyone, the analysts, the coaches, me, when we train it's of course Nick (Stanley) leading that area, but all the coaches have responsibilities."
The Canaries travel to Fratton Park on Tuesday evening for a midweek fixture against struggling Portsmouth, who occupy 23rd with 16 points.
"We can expect that they will look at the QPR game and see where they can hurt us and create dangerous moments. We will try to prepare for that and make a game plan suited to that, also accepting that it is a Tuesday night away from home, it's another difficult one, a difficult task for the players," he added.
"If we don't succeed, we need to develop, we need to make sure everyone knows exactly what to do in the right moments, we need to be a team that are not too easy to read.
"The best way to kill the momentum of a stadium is a lot of passes, kill their pressure, kill their momentum and then you kill the atmosphere."
The head coach confirmed that there were no fresh injury concerns coming out of the game Saturday, saying: "We will consider starting (Núñez).
"We need to take care of him, around an hour will be the maximum for him because we need him for all the games coming up, not only for tomorrow, not only for Sunday, but all the games for the rest of the season. It could be a consideration for us."
