Dean Smith confirmed that Grant Hanley will be reviewed in training following his shoulder injury on Wednesday night.
He said: "Hanley is a little bit of a concern. He said he doesn't feel that bad and he's an experienced player so he knows what is best for him.
"He has a call up for Scotland to think about as well."
When asked about Isaac Hayden's progress, Dean Smith said, "I'm hopeful that he will be training next week."
Analysing Wednesday night's performance, Dean said: "Tim didn't have an awful lot of saves to make. He was very protected by his players.
"I don't want to be a counter-attacking team, I want to have more control than we had.
"We've been fairly consistent throughout in our ten games. The most inconsistent with the ball was on Wednesday night. The fact we hadn't had a game for ten days didn't help, but we're in a good place."
Following Teemu's brace against Bristol City on Wednesday night, he moved himself up to fifth in the Norwich City all-time goal-scoring record.
Dean Smith said: "He's a really good person to work with, he's very professional and he's a really intelligent footballer.
"I don't think he'd be comfortable having an armband. He likes to be left alone and to deal with his own game. He works hard for his team and his team mates really appreciate him."
On Saturday's game against West Brom, Dean said: " West Brom have some quality players in Jed Wallace and John Swift, I had Swifty at Brentford, so I know how good he is."
The head coach also reported that Angus Gunn will return to training shortly, following his scan.
