Norwich City centre-back Christoph Zimmermann will miss 'several weeks' of action after undergoing ankle surgery.
The towering defender has suffered with an ankle issue for several months and it was revealed last week by City head coach Daniel Farke that he needed surgery.
That surgery went without any extra issues, but Zimmermann will now need time to recover.
Elsewhere, Sam Byram enjoyed a second full week on the training pitch following his 20-month period away from action with a hamstring injury, but Farke says it's still too soon for him to return to the squad.
Other than that, Farke says he doesn't have any other injury concerns.
"There is not too much to update," he said at his pre-match press conference. "Christoph Zimmermann had his ankle surgery and he'll be out for several weeks. Other than that, more or less all the other players are available.
Billy Gilmour was ineligible for last week's defeat to Chelsea, but the Scot is back available for selection.
"Billy is always in my head, all the players have had the chance to shine this week,' Farke added when quizzed on his on-loan midfielder.
Todd Cantwell will sit out this weekend's game. He played for the Under-23s in their win over Birmingham City last week.
