Norwich City are delighted to support Green Football Weekend which takes place from February 3-5.
On Saturday morning, the Canaries will welcome Burnley to Carrow Road for the club's 'Greenest Game' and we are encouraging supporters to make climate friendly actions in their matchday routine.
Here are some ways that you can take part:
Transport
Beryl
Norwich City have teamed up with the city's bike, e-bike and e-scooter share scheme provider Beryl to encourage more fans to travel to Carrow Road in a sustainable manner.
Beryl vehicles are a fun, easy to use and cost-effective way to travel across Norwich and, for this matchday, can be left outside the stadium in a special 'virtual bay', visible in the Beryl app between 11am and 12.30pm.
Users can also get a special 'end of journey' discount if they arrive between 11am and midday, enabling them to get 20 minutes off their journey as well as free unlock. This offer is limited to one redemption per user and is also valid at the Riverside Leisure Centre and Albion Way bays at the same times.
The bay will be closed at 12.30 and the vehicles will be redistributed by Beryl's on-street team.

Bus
Local bus operators are now offering all single fares for just £2 across many of their routes.
This offer was incorporated as part of the government's help for households scheme and, as well as being better for the environment, is currently the cheapest method of travelling to the game from outside of the city centre.

Pledgeball
Ahead of the weekend, clubs will be in the Green Football Cup, where fans can score green goals for their football clubs by taking climate-friendly actions, such as having two meat-free days per week, turning down the thermostat by one degree or taking just a four-minute shower.
Those small changes could have a big impact. If the UK's 36m football fans adopted three climate-friendly habits across the 20-day tournament they could save 700m kg CO2e - the equivalent of planting 11.78m trees.
There will also be prizes for fans taking part - head to www.greenfootballweekend.com to register your 'goals'. An area of rainforest equivalent to 1,000 pitches will be protected by Rainforest Trust UK in the name of the winning club.
Food
There will a vegan pie option available for supporters, a 'Minced Beef and Onion' pie at a reduced price of £2.65.
Skittles, which are also a vegan-friendly option, will be available while cups, bottles and cartons are all made from either recyclable or compostable materials.
Retail
As well as our current commitments to reducing our carbon footprint such as using paper carrier bags, recycled plastic for the name and number printing, and a sustainable range available in-store.
Supporters can also avail of two special offers on the day of our fixture against Burnley.
The Cafe Culture Travel Mug will be reduced to just £5.
All purchases over £10 will come free with our reusable bag.
Food Bank
The Canaries Trust will also be managing a food-bank ahead of the game with all donations being made to The Feed.
Supporters who are in a position to donate are asked to bring some of the below food items to the shipping container opposite the Ticket Office with collection from 10am until kick-off.
Food items needed:
- Tinned items: meat, tuna, spaghetti bolognese, macaroni cheese, rice pudding
- Pasta pot meals which just need hot water adding
- Shower gel, shampoo, deodorants
- Sanitary products

The Feed is a social enterprise with a mission to motivate change in people to prevent poverty, hunger, and homelessness in Norwich.
They run cafés and a catering enterprise which produce delicious homemade food to generate much of our income. They are also places where they help people looking to return to employment. Junior Canaries
There is an exclusive competition for Junior Canaries at the Carrow Park FanZone. The winner will get an item signed by the Norwich City first team.
Wildflower seeds will also be given out to all Junior Canaries and then the children can be entered into another competition if they send a photo of the wildflower seeds in bloom – winner will get a signed item and image be featured on the Junior Canaries webpage.
