Christian Fassnacht and Gabriel Sara both scored as Norwich City recorded a 2-0 win over Ligue 1 side Toulouse.
After two goalless periods, the Swiss international opened his Canaries account with a header from Sara's corner.
Sara then got himself on the scoresheet, curling a fantastic free-kick into the far bottom corner.
The game in Kufstein was played in three 40-minute segments, with new signing Fassnacht, announced by the Canaries on the morning of the game, featuring in the final 40 minutes of the fixture. There was also first pre-season minutes for Sara, who also featured in the final period.
Josh Sargent helped to create the game's first chance. The US international's long, searching pass was met by Tony Springett, but the goalkeeper came out quickly to deny any chance.
Przemysław Płacheta saw a deflected effort hit the crossbar, before the resulting corner ended with a free-kick to the French side.
Logan Costa had a good chance for Toulouse, but his effort flew past Angus Gunn's post, before Liam Gibbs had a similar chance for the Canaries.
Fassnacht almost had the dream start in a Norwich shirt, as he rose highest from a Sara cross, but he couldn't guide his header on target at the first attempt.
The 29-year-old would soon find his goal, however, as he headed in beyond the Toulouse goalkeeper from Sara's corner.
Sara doubled the lead in the final period, as he found the net with a brilliant free-kick.
David Wagner's side round off their pre-season campaign with the visit of Greek side Olympiacos on Saturday, July 29, at Carrow Road.
