Norwich City's Under-23s were eliminated from the Premier League Cup following Monday night's 3-1 defeat against Charlton Athletic.
City went into the game knowing that only a win would do to secure progression from the competition's group stages.
But after Abu Kamara gave the Canaries the lead in the 26th minute, goals from Hady Ghandour and Johl Powell turned the game around.

Saxon Earley made an important block to deny Charlton from taking the lead in the 15th minute after Charles Clayden's cross met Euan Williams on the volley.
Clayden then went for goal himself, getting past Josh Giurgi and shooting straight at Joe Rose.
City's first chance of the game came 22 minutes into the first half, Lewis Shipley drifting in from the left to find Flynn Clarke. His first-time left-footed attempt was curled high over the crossbar.
At the other end, Charlton went close as Clayden's ball into the box presented chances for Williams and Powell, but City blocked both attempts.
In the 26th minute, Kamara gave Norwich the lead. Regan Riley had come in from the right to pick out Clarke, who touched the ball first-time into Kamara's path.
He showed good composure to shimmy the ball onto his right foot, sending his opposite number the wrong way and calmly slotting into the bottom left corner.
Tony Springett then had a chance to make it two as a soft pass back to Nathan Harvey was intercepted by the City winger. Trying to lob Harvey, Springett saw his shot land on the roof of the net.
Charlton equalised when Clayden cut in from the left to find Ghandour, who dragged the ball back and picked out the bottom right corner.
Springett shot wide of the post moments later after Riley had put him through on goal on the counter-attack.
Powell smashed a volley wide of the post from a Charlie Barker delivery before the Addicks took the lead in the fourth minute of added time at the end of the first half.
After Jeremy Santos' free-kick was headed towards goal by Nazir Bakrin and saved by Rose, the following corner allowed Powell the time and space to powerfully drive the ball in at the near post for 2-1.

Alex Matos came on for Joe Duffy early in the second half, before Clarke sent a free-kick high and wide.
In the 55th minute, Charlton increased their lead as Powell raced through on goal to find the bottom left corner with his brace.
Matos headed just wide before going close again with a dangerous looking curled effort from distance which went just past the post.
Charlton thought they'd gone 4-1 up when Ghandour scored from Richard Chin's cross, but the flag was raised for offside.
Ghandour then forced a good save from Rose, who stretched out his right leg to deny the Charlton player from close range.
Wassim Aouachria had a late chance tipped over the bar by Rose, before Shipley was sent off for throwing the ball at the number 16.
