Norwich City Under-18s fell to a 4-1 defeat away to Nottingham Forest in their first game of the Under-18 Premier League Cup.
Gabe Forsyth had the game's first chance, but his effort was saved by the Forest keeper.
The Canaries took the lead through Errol Mundle-Smith, who fired in from close range after Waylon Renecke's header hit the post.
Conor Brown would equalise for the home side, finding the bottom corner from Isaac Davies' pass.
Just before half-time, Davies would score for the hosts firing in from the edge of the box.
Davies added a third, and his second of the afternoon, for Forest early in the second half, dinking the ball over Caleb Ansen.
Norwich were reduced to 10 men. after Elliot Myles was sent off.
Amarn Robinson added a fourth for Forest late on, as they claimed all three points in the tournament.
