Norwich City Under-18s fell to a 3-0 defeat away to Tottenham Hotspur on Tuesday (November 29) afternoon.
Goals from Jaden Williams, Oliver Irow, and Jamie Donley condemned the Canaries to defeat,
After a half-chance for the Canaries from Uriah Djedje, the hosts took the lead through Williams. Caleb Ansen saved the first effort from Will Lankshear, but couldn't do anything about the follow-up from Williams.
Alex Matos dragged a shot wide for Norwich, before Tottenham doubled their lead through Irow. Williams' ball went across goal to Irow, who fired into the top corner.
Before the break, Pedro Amadou came close to halving the deficit but saw his effort saved by Luca Gunter in the Tottenham goal.
In the second half, the Canaries would register attempts on goal through both Michael Reindorf and Amadou, but couldn't find a way beyond the Tottenham goalkeeper.
And Tottenham would add their third in brilliant fashion. Donley fired from long-range and beat Ansen for 3-0.
Late on, Norwich would see efforts from Reindorf and Amadou come close, but they were unable to get on the scoresheet.
The Under-18s are back in action on Saturday, December 3, as they travel away to Fulham.
