Norwich started off as the brighter team, with Dubem Eze testing the Southampton goalkeeper early on.

Will Merry was behind Southampton's first chance of the season, but Caleb Ansen made a good stop to deny him.

Eze and Elliot Myles would both see chances go off-target, before Alfie Pinyoun's shot was tipped wide.

Three minutes before the break, the Canaries would go in front. Michael Reindorf found Ken Aboh, who fired in for the opener.

Alfie Doy would rise highest from a corner, as Norwich started the second half brightly, but he couldn't keep it down.

Eze doubled the lead for Norwich seven minutes into the second half. The youngster found the bottom left corner with his effort, from Finley Welch's pass.

Minutes later, Norwich added a third. Myles found the top left corner with his effort, with Reindorf claiming the assist.

The away side made it 3-1 after 65 minutes through Princewill Ehibhationham.

Harrison Thompson came close to restoring Norwich's three-goal advantage, but saw his effort hit the post.

The three-goal advantage would be restored, as Eze fired into the top corner for his second of the game.

Norwich would finish the game as winners, ending their campaign with three points.
