Norwich City Under-18s fell to a 4-1 defeat at home to their West Bromwich Albion counterparts in the Premier League South.
West Brom went ahead early on, scoring from a set-piece. Cole Deeming's corner was met by the head of Eseosa Sule, who found the top corner.
It was Sule who could've added a West Brom second, but his free-kick was off-target.
Norwich's first chance of the first half came through Elliot Myles, whose effort from outside the box was saved by Louis Brady in the West Brom goal.
Alex Roberts came close to an equaliser for the Canaries in the first half, but his shot was blocked by a defender.
Lloyd Ofori-Manteaw was close to finding a leveller in the second half, with his close range header going just wide.
The away side would add a second goal, however, as Sule netted from close range.
But the two-goal advantage wouldn't last for long, as Norwich found a way back into the game through Toby Chilvers, who fired into the top corner.
The influx of goals continued, as West Brom added their third shortly after. Dan Chimeziri restored the Baggies' two-goal advantage.
West Brom added a fourth goal, with Divine Onyemachi scoring.
The Under-18s return to league action with a trip to Southampton on Saturday, September 16.
