Chelsea registered the first chance of the game, with Luis Lines making a good stop early on.
Norwich's early chances in the first half fell to Rio Mundle and Finlay Corke, who were denied by blocks.
Foden Northover forced a save out of the Chelsea goalkeeper, before Corke fired over from the rebound.
Sol Gordon and Ibrahim Rabbaj could've found the winner for Chelsea, but Lines made a number of good saves to keep the scores level.
Neither side were able to find the breakthrough, as the points were shared.
