There was late heartbreak for Norwich City Under-18s as a late winner saw Leicester City claim a 4-3 victory on Saturday.

After chances for both sides in the first half, Leicester went in front just before half-time as Kaleb Dyke found the bottom corner.

The Foxes doubled their lead eight minutes into the second half, with Will Daniels firing into the top corner.

Ajay Tavares pulled a goal back for the Canaries, but the home side immediately restored their two goal advantage through Luqman Aideed.

Norwich would spark a comeback in the Under-18 Premier League South fixture, as substitute Foden Northover curled in.

Moments later, the Canaries were level courtesy of defender Vatan Ozcan who managed to equalise after being found by Northover.

But there would be a final twist as Lorenz Hutchinson scored to win the game for Leicester.

In the dying embers, goalkeeper Henry Bullen went up for a late corner and won his header but the Canaries 'keeper was denied.

The Under-18s return to action next weekend, as they host Tottenham Hotspur at the Avant Training Centre (KO 12pm).
