There was an injury-time winner for Norwich City Under-18s as they claimed a 2-1 win at home to Ipswich Town in the Under-18 Premier League South.

Ipswich registered the game's first chance as Joel Adedamola saw an effort go just wide of the post, before Jeremiah Sinclair-Brown's header was saved at the other end for the Canaries.

After a few half-chances for both sides, Norwich went ahead five minutes before half-time. Jake Glossop's cross was met by the head of Foden Northover, opening the scoring.

In the second half, Finlay Corke came close to doubling the lead but his shot was narrowly wide of the post.

Ipswich would level in the second half, as Adedamola found the bottom corner after being found by Indiana Pedder.

The away side nearly went in front as Adedamola hit the post.

But in the second minute of stoppage time, there would be a winner for Norwich as Hugo Collins headed in from Reuben Cooper's corner.

The Under-18s are on their travels next weekend, as they face West Bromwich Albion away from home.
