Norwich City Under-18s were beaten 5-2 at home by their Reading counterparts in the Under-18 Premier League.
The Canaries got off to the ideal start at the Avant Training Centre, as Ben Tree put Norwich ahead after only three minutes.
Norwich's lead was only short-lived, as Reading equalised through Kallum Fuller-Thompson nine minutes later.
Before half-time, Finlay Oligbo slotted Norwich back into the lead and they went into the break ahead.
But the Royals would find their second equaliser early on into the second half, as T'Shay Saint-Louis levelled.
A quick-fire double from Emmanuel Osho saw the away side take a two-goal advantage on the hour mark, with Reading turning the game on its head.
And late on, Reading added a fifth from the penalty spot as Kiyan Coke-Miles dispatched his spot-kick.
Norwich's Under-18s are back in action next weekend, as they travel away to face Leicester City (KO 1pm).
