Tottenham went ahead after eight minutes, as Tye Hall curled beyond Henry Bullen.
Norwich were reduced to 10 men in the second half, with Rio Mundle receiving a second yellow card.
The home side doubled their lead late on into the second half, as Oliver Salter scored.
In the fourth minute of stoppage time, Spurs added their third goal of the game through Oliver Boast.
