Norwich City Under-21s were beaten 3-0 at home to their Nottingham Forest counterparts on Friday evening.
Forest opened the scoring through Pharrell Johnson's header, before Detlef Esapa Osong doubled the lead before half-time.
Esapa Osong completed the scoring from the penalty spot late on, after Ben Perry was fouled.
The visitors would go in front with the game's first clear-cut chance of the evening. Johnson headed in from Josh Powell's cross to give Forest the lead.
Forest's lead was doubled 10 minutes before half-time, as Esapa Osong was found by Julian Larson and finished beyond Michael McGovern.
The Canaries started brightly in the second half, as Flynn Clarke saw a chance blocked, before Abu Kamara forced Aaron Bott into a save.
Nottingham Forest would add their third from the penalty spot five minutes from time, as Esapa Osong added his second of the evening.
