Norwich City Under-21s play their first game of 2026, as they host their Liverpool counterparts in the Premier League 2 at the Avant Training Centre.
The Canaries were last in action before Christmas, exiting the Under-21 Premier League Cup after a defeat to Bromley. Norwich's last outing in PL2 was back in November, after a 2-2 draw with Middlesbrough.
Olly Lee's side currently sit 18th place in the PL2 table, claiming 11 points from their first eight fixtures.
The opposition
Liverpool sit three places and one point behind Norwich in the table, taking 10 points from their first nine league games so far this season.
Similarly, the Reds' last league outing came in November after defeat away to West Ham United. They were penalty winners over Chesterfield in the Vertu Trophy in their last competitive fixture.
