Norwich City Under-21s are in Under-21 Premier League Cup on Friday night, hosting Sunderland at the Avant Training Centre (KO 7pm).
The Canaries were 4-3 winners away to Colchester United in their last Under-21 PL Cup outing, claiming their first three points in the competition.
Victory means Norwich sit fourth in the group, but could move up to second with all three points.
The opposition
Sunderland sit top of the group, having won three and lost one of their four games so far.
They were 3-2 winners over Norwich in the reverse fixture.
