Norwich City Under-21s are back in Premier League 2 action on Friday night, hosting their Sunderland counterparts at the Avant Training Centre.
Alan Neilson's side were in action last Thursday, drawing 1-1 at home to Bristol City in the Under-21 Premier League Cup. Errol Mundle-Smith's second-half equaliser was enough for the Canaries to claim their first point in the competition.
Norwich were winners in their last PL2 meeting, winning 2-1 against Reading before the international break. Brandon Forbes and Mundle-Smith were on the scoresheet at the Select Car Leasing Stadium.
The Canaries sit 12th in the table, five places and two points above Friday's opponents Sunderland.
From their six league games, the Black Cats have won two, drawn one and lost three. They ended a run of three defeats in PL2 with a fantastic 6-0 win over Derby County prior to the international break.
They also claimed a win against Middlesbrough as they sit 17th in the table.
