Norwich City Under-21s produced a brilliant performance to claim a 3-2 win over Chelsea in the PL2 at Carrow Road.
Tom Dickson-Peters, Adian Manning and Emmnauel Adegboyega all scored as Alan Neilson's side claimed their first win of the season.
The Canaries got off to the perfect start, as Dickson-Peters opened the scoring just before the 10-minute mark. Flynn Clarke's splitting pass found Regan Riley, whose ball across goal was perfect for Dickson-Peters to score.
But Chelsea would find a quick response, as Jimmy Jay Morgan tapped in to equalise for the Blues.
Jaden Warner would produce a superb block as the visitors tried to find a way in front,
Norwich would regain the lead through Manning, who latched onto Riley's pass and beat the goalkeeper to poke home.
Guilherme Montóia came close to adding a Norwich third, but saw his effort blocked on the line.
Warner was also a danger in the opposition box, as he made his way into the Chelsea area after a brilliant run, but saw his shot saved by Merrick.
There would a third for Norwich, as Adegboyega's looped header beat the goalkeeper from Gabe Forsyth's free-kick.
There was almost one back for Chelsea before half-time, but Vicente Reyes produced a fantastic stop to deny Leo Castledine.
Clarke also came close to adding to the scoreline, but his ambitious effort hit the post.
Chelsea would start the second half brightly, and almost pulled a goal back but saw a header cleared off the line by Waylon Renecke.
The Blues would score their second of the evening, as Ronnie Stutter finished from close range.
