The Canaries went in front early on as Emmanuel Adegboyega fired in from Alan Domeracki's corner.

Rylee Mitchell was forced into his first save of the game shortly after, denying Sonny Finch from close range.

On the half-hour mark, Middlesbrough were level as Layton Campbell found the top corner.

And just over 10 minutes later, Boro were ahead. Campbell added his second of the game, curling his effort into the top corner.

Billy Gee would find an equaliser for Norwich, smashing in from close range after a corner.

La'Sean Sealey forced Boro goalkeper Seny Dieng into a save, as the Canaries went in search of an equaliser.

Norwich return to action in the Under-21 Premier League Cup, as they travel away to Bromley on Monday, November 17.
