A number of first team players, along with Dean Smith Craig Shakespeare and Liam Bramley, surprised the under-8 academy players at a recent training session.
The young players, who where celebrating being signed to the academy, were taking part in their usual training sessions when, along with the coaching staff, players Max Aarons, Kieran Dowell, Angus Gunn, Jon Rowe, Sam Byram and Billy Gilmour showed up.
The shocked youngsters then took part in a six-a-side match with the players before then taking part in a penalty shootout competition against their heroes. All the players and coaching staff then stayed behind to chat with the under-8 players, sign autographs and pose for pictures.
The new academy players were then taken to Carrow Road where they were given a tour of the changing room and press areas.
