Academy Foundation Phase (Under-9 to Under-12) Coach - part time
This is an excellent role for someone who is passionate about developing young footballers.
Key tasks/responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Delivery of the (foundation phase specific) football curriculum
- Ensure coach to player ratio of 1:10 exists within training sessions
- Manage and monitor foundation phase players' individual development plans.
- Assist with player reviews every six to 12 weeks
- Assist in the identification and recruitment (within foundation phase) of talented young players into the academy system
- Formal session plans to be produced and recorded for every session delivered
- Match preparation and evaluation to be conducted and recorded for all fixtures
- Administration within the foundation phase

West Norfolk Pre-Academy Casual Scout
Scouts are required to assist with scouting and recruitment providing a systematic coverage of local football in order to identify realistic recruitment targets for the academy at Norwich City Football Club.
Key tasks/responsibilities are essential:
- Knowledge of local football
- Experience or a background in scouting
- Self-motivated and committed
- A strategic planner, organiser and coordinator
- Confident with the ability to work individually and as part of a successful team
- A ‘people person’ with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Computer literate
- Full driving license
