Casual London Academy Scout
Norwich City Football Club is looking to recruit a scout on a casual basis to watch grassroots football in London for academy players aged Under-13 to Under-18.
The following criteria are essential:
- Knowledge of local football
- Experience or a background in scouting
- Self-motivated and committed
- A strategic planner, organiser, and co-ordinator
- Confident with the ability to work individually and as part of a successful team
- A ‘people person’ with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Computer literate
- Full driving license
- Talent ID Level 2

Sous Chef
This is an excellent role for someone who has experience of working in a high quality catering business with aspirations of progressing in the industry. Experience working within a carvery restaurant is desirable but not essential.
Key tasks/responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Prepare and serve food items for Delia’s Canary Catering, working to recipes pre-set by head chefs.
- Work on matchdays taking ownership for the carvery; ordering, preparing and serving food items and managing a tea.
- Work within a pre-determined format to keep waste to a minimum as far as possible.
- Assist with maintaining and recording all aspects of Food Hygiene to meet health and safety legislation/requirements and the club’s food management system.

Junior sous chef
This candidate will take ownership of one of our restaurants on matchdays, otherwise day-to-day working within our team to produce and serve food items for our conference & banqueting events adhering to the Delia Smith brand and recipes.
Key tasks/responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Prepare and serve food items for Delia’s Canary Catering, working to recipes pre-set by head chefs.
- Work on matchdays taking ownership for producing and serving food items for one of our busy restaurants.
- Work within a pre-determined format to keep waste to a minimum as far as possible.
- Assist with maintaining and recording all aspects of food hygiene to meet health and safety legislation/requirements and the club’s food management system.

Warehouse assistant
Delia’s Canary Catering at Norwich City Football Club is excited to present a new opportunity within the Catering Warehouse Team for a Warehouse Assistant.
Key tasks/responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Receive all warehouse deliveries from suppliers ensuring that the information relating to the receipt is accurate.
- Recording delivery temperatures of frozen or chilled products accurately.
- Comply with all club and statutory regulations relating to safe systems of work, food hygiene, cleanliness, health and safety, HACCP, fire safety and COSHH.
- Ensure all bars and kiosks are stocked to the agreed levels and are operational when required. Accurately reacts to requests for stock from bars and kiosks within appropriate time scales.
- Efficient and safe delivery of stock from the warehouse to bars and kiosks in conjunction with the Artifax diary system and always ensure products are placed in date order.
- General cleaning duties.
- Assisting in monthly stocktaking and date rotation/checking.
- Clearing down from Match days and events including the recycling of cardboard and glass.
- Ensure the warehouse is kept organised and tidy at all times.
- To be capable of supervising teams of casual staff effectively.
