Norwich City Football Club is looking to recruit scouts on a casual basis to identify and recruit talented academy footballers that have the potential to sign for Norwich City Academy.

Suffolk Casual Grassroots Scout (U12-U18s)
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year scouting experience and knowledge of the following leagues:
- Eastern Junior Alliance
- Ipswich and Suffolk Youth League
- Suffolk Youth League
- Colchester and District Youth League
The following criteria are essential:
- Knowledge of local academy football
- Experience or a background in scouting
- Self-motivated and committed
- A strategic planner, organiser and co-ordinator
- Confident with the ability to work individually and as part of a successful team
- A ‘people person’ with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Computer literate
- Full driving license
Closing date: Friday, December 1
Peterborough Casual Grassroots Scout (U12-U18s)
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year scouting experience and knowledge of the following leagues:
- Junior Premier League
- Peterborough Junior Alliance League
- Peterborough and District Youth League
- Mid Norfolk Youth League
The following criteria are essential:
- Knowledge of local academy football
- Experience or a background in scouting
- Self-motivated and committed
- A strategic planner, organiser and co-ordinator
- Confident with the ability to work individually and as part of a successful team
- A ‘people person’ with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
