Waiting supervisor
Delia’s Canary Catering at Norwich City Football Club is looking to recruit waiting supervisors to work in our restaurants on first team matchdays. Start dates will fall in line with the 2024/25 football season, with fixtures typically taking place on Saturdays, with some weekday evenings and Sunday day time.
In our corporate restaurants you will be responsible for:
- Supporting the manager in leading a team of waiting staff to deliver an excellent level of service.
- Compliance with food hygiene regulations, health and safety regulations, manual handling guidelines and licensing laws.
- Accurate taking of orders and clear communication with managers, chefs and the back of house team regarding customer orders and dietary requirements.
- Mentoring and development of new casual staff to deliver service excellence.
- Ensuring your restaurant is cleaned to the highest standard.
- Leading and supervising a team to set up rooms to the Delia brand standard.
Matchday bar supervisor
Delia’s Canary Catering at Norwich City Football Club is looking to recruit bar supervisors to work in our restaurants and bars on first team matchdays. Experience in bar work is essential. Experience in a supervisory role, as well as a working knowledge of wines and cocktails would be of benefit.
In our corporate restaurants and bars, you will be responsible for:
- Supporting the manager in leading a team of bar staff to deliver an excellent level of service.
- Compliance with food hygiene regulations, health and safety regulations, manual handling guidelines and licensing laws.
- Mentoring and development of new casual staff to deliver service excellence.
- Speed of service and drinks delivery from our corporate bars.
- Ensuring your bar is cleaned to the highest standard and stock is correctly rotated.
Matchday kiosk supervisor
Delia’s Canary Catering at Norwich City Football Club is looking to recruit kiosk supervisors to work in our stadium kiosks on first team matchdays. Natural leadership skills are essential; experience is preferred but full training will be provided.
In our kiosks you will be responsible for:
- Delivering an excellent level of food, drink and bar service in a fast-paced environment.
- Supervising and leading a team of between four and 18 catering assistants.
- Managing the speed of service to achieve key time frame targets: kick-off time and half-time. Ordering hot food within set time frames, ensuring the kiosk if fully stocked for half time.
- Compliance with food hygiene regulations, health and safety regulations, manual handling guidelines and licensing laws.
- Preparing the kiosk and team for the busy half-time service.
- Ensuring the kiosk is cleaned to the highest standard and stock is correctly rotated.
Bar staff
Delia’s Canary Catering at Norwich City Football Club is looking to recruit barsStaff to work in our corporate bars on first team matchdays. Whilst experience in bar work is preferred, this is not essential as full training will be provided.
In our corporate bars, you will be responsible for:
- Welcoming and serving our customers.
- Providing exceptional customer service to our Delia standard.
- Accuracy of order taking and speed of service in the delivery of drinks.
- Ensuring food hygiene standards are always achieved.
- Ensuring your bar is cleaned to the highest standard.
Waiting staff

- Welcoming and serving our customers in a formal dining environment.
- Providing exceptional customer service to our Delia standard.
- Accuracy of order taking, food delivery and clearing.
- Ensuring your restaurant or bar is cleaned to the highest standard.
Matchday kiosk staff
Delia’s Canary Catering at Norwich City Football Club is looking to recruit Kiosk staff to work in our stadium kiosks on first team matchdays. Experience is not essential as full training will be provided. Our matchdays are typically on Saturdays with some weekday evening and Sunday games.
In our kiosks you will be responsible for:
- Welcoming and serving our supporters food and beverages on matchdays.
- Providing exceptional and fast customer service in an exciting atmosphere.
- Ensuring food hygiene standards are always achieved.
- Working on a busy till in a cashless stadium.
- Ensuring the kiosk is cleaned to the highest standard and stock is rotated accordingly.
Academy YDP Coach
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced candidate to join the academy coaching team at Norwich City in the role of Academy YDP Coach.
Key tasks/responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Delivery of the (Youth Development Phase specific) football curriculum
- Ensure coach to player ratio of 1:10 exists within training sessions
- Manage and monitor YDP Players individual development plans.
- Assist with player reviews every 6-12 weeks.
- Assist in the identification and recruitment (within YDP) of talented young players into the academy system.
- Formal session plans to be produced and recorded for every session delivered.
- Match preparation and evaluation to be conducted and recorded for all fixtures.
- Administration within the YDP.

Our Academy are looking to recruit mini-bus drivers on an annualised contract basis to start with immediate effect, following satisfactory DBS clearance.
Required experience:
- Mini-bus driving experience
- D1 driving license
- Clean driving license
