CRM executive

The successful candidate will join the club's marketing team and be responsible for delivering the CRM programme to help engage, retain and grow the customer base.

Key tasks/responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Strategising the organisation’s CRM approach, with support from the marketing campaign manager and head of marketing and maximising customer lifetime value strategies.
  • Delivery against this strategy, developing a test and learn approach to optimise the ongoing comms, feeding back insights to help shape future activity.
  • Strive to continuously evolve the clubs offering by developing and optimising an automated customer life cycle.
  • Proactive approach to planning, ensuring the clubs future work in this space is mapped out.
  • Responsible for managing the relationship with the clubs email service provider (Campaigner) and the budgets assigned to this.
  • Tracking marketing metrics and trends within both the club’s CRM activity and the wider industry, applying these learnings to help shape our activity
  • Managing outgoing content for the club’s official LinkedIn channel, developing a strategy to engage our business audience.
  • Support the marketing campaign manager and head of marketing with large-scale projects.

Norfolk casual grassroots scout (Under-12s to Under-18s)

Norwich City are looking to recruit a scout on a casual basis to identify and recruit talented grassroots footballers that have the potential to sign for Norwich City Academy based in Norfolk.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year scouting experience and know the following leagues:

  • Norfolk Combined Youth Football League
  • Norfolk and Suffolk Youth League

The following criteria are essential:

  • Knowledge of local academy football
  • Experience or a background in scouting
  • Self-motivated and committed
  • A strategic planner, organiser and co-ordinator
  • Confident with the ability to work individually and as part of a successful team
  • A ‘people person’ with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Computer literate
  • Full driving license

Suffolk casual grassroots scout (Under-12s to Under-18s)

Norwich City are looking to recruit a scout on a casual basis to identify and recruit talented grassroots footballers that have the potential to sign for Norwich City Academy based in Suffolk.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year scouting experience and know the following leagues :

  • Eastern Junior Alliance
  • Ipswich and Suffolk Youth League
  • Suffolk Youth League
  • Colchester and District Youth League

The following criteria are essential:

  • Knowledge of local academy football
  • Experience or a background in scouting
  • Self-motivated and committed
  • A strategic planner, organiser and co-ordinator
  • Confident with the ability to work individually and as part of a successful team
  • A ‘people person’ with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Computer literate
  • Full driving license
