Games maker
This is an excellent role for someone who is people focused, approachable and able to deliver a warm welcome to all supporters on match day. The role will involve working five hours each home matchday, before and during the match.
Key tasks/responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Work as part of a the matchday experience team to deliver a warm welcome and support to all supporters on matchday.
- Represent the club in a positive and professional manner, improving the experience of everyone you interact with.
- Provide visitors with venue information and activities, as well as relevant local transport and community knowledge.

Operations coordinator
This role will be responsible for all administrative functions of the operations team on a fixed term basis as maternity cover, for 20 hours per week.
Key tasks/responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Be the lead for the operations department on supporting the club’s Premier League Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion submission by ensuring the necessary training and actions are undertaken by the stewarding team.
- Responsibility for the development of the stewarding team in line with the club’s values and behaviours.
- To assist in the administration for the General Safety Certificate.
- To coordinate and minute operation department team meetings (including pre and post-match meetings).
- Coordinate and lead on administration and liaison with concert promoters.
- To coordinate annual leave administration for the operations department.
- Administration of ordering, receiving, and invoicing.
- Supplier relationship coordination for safety and security.
- To administer all records and paperwork associated with matchday stewards including management, reconciliation, and assessment adjustments for the payroll of stewards.
- To manage the induction administration for stewards.
- To liaise with the event day deployment stewarding team to ensure accurate payroll delivery.

Retail sales assistant
