Photographer
An excellent role in the media and communications department for someone who is enthusiastic about photography and enjoys working in a fast paced environment.
Key tasks/responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Working with the senior club photographer to ensure all photography requirements from across the club are delivered.
- Implement a clear booking system and guidelines for all internal club photography requests.
- Ensure all Norwich City Women’s fixtures are photographed and covered in a professional and timely manner.
- Ensure the matchday photography requirements of the club’s commercial department are delivered.
- Management of the club’s online photography library, ensuring all images are properly tagged with a thorough and searchable archive built up.
- Explore opportunities to further commercialise club imagery.

Mascot co-ordinator
This role is responsible for delivery of our junior matchday mascots experience, alongside other members of staff, to ensure they receive the best experience possible.
Key tasks/responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Chaperone the junior matchday mascot experience guests, completing all duties required such as directing to various areas across the stadium and aligning activities within the matchday schedule.
- Assisting with queries or questions and supporting where appropriate.
- Deliver a matchday tour, overseeing meet and greet, supporting pitch side activities and walkout aspect.
- Working with our junior experience delivery team in maintaining and ensuring a best in class junior and supporter experience.
- Ensure the highest level of customer service and professionalism is adhered throughout all activities conducted.

Suffolk casual grassroots scout (Under-12s to Under-18s)
Norwich City are looking to recruit a scout on a casual basis to identify and recruit talented academy footballers that have the potential to sign for the club's academy. Due to the ad hoc nature of the role the candidate will need to be based in, or close to, the Suffolk area.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one years scouting experience and know the following leagues :
- Eastern Junior Alliance
- Ipswich and Suffolk Youth League
- Suffolk Youth League
- Colchester and District Youth League
The following criteria are essential:
- Knowledge of local academy football
- Experience or a background in scouting
- Self-motivated and committed
- A strategic planner, organiser and co-ordinator
- Confident with the ability to work individually and as part of a successful team
- A ‘people person’ with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Computer literate
- Full driving license

Casual south-west academy scout
Norwich City are looking to recruit a scout on a casual basis to watch academy football in the south-west of England for players aged Under-15 to Under-18 years. Due to the ad hoc nature of the role the candidate will need to be based in, or close to, Bristol.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one years scouting experience.
The following criteria are essential:
- Knowledge of local football
- Experience or a background in scouting
- Self-motivated and committed
- A strategic planner, organiser and co-ordinator
- Confident with the ability to work individually and as part of a successful team
- A ‘people person’ with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Computer literate
- Full driving licence
