Yellows Bar and Grill Chef
The candidate will take ownership of Yellows Bar and Grill kitchen on matchdays, ordering, preparing and serving food, day-to-day work within our team to produce and serve food items for both Delia’s restaurant and events.
Key tasks/responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Prepare and serve food items for Delia’s Canary Catering, working to recipes pre-set by head chefs.
- Work on matchdays taking ownership for producing and serving food items for Yellows Bar and Grill.
- Work within a pre-determined format to keep waste to a minimum as far as possible.
- Assist with maintaining and recording all aspects of food hygiene to meet health and safety legislation/requirements and the club’s food management system.

Groundsperson
This role will be responsible for the maintenance and preparation of all surfaces for first team and academy matches.
Key tasks/responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- The preparation and maintenance of all sports turf pitches, natural and artificial, used by Norwich City Football Club at Carrow Road and the Lotus Training Centre.
- To use a wide range of machinery knowledge and operation skills to deal with all breakdowns, setting up all cylinder/rotary mowers and perform regular routine pre-start checks.
- Marking out of the lines on all pitches.
- Use of tractor operations using different all tractor mounted implements.
- Main lawns and landscaped areas at Carrow Road and Lotus Training Centre to be maintained using various equipment
- Helping in preparation works for end-of-season renovations including turf cutting, irrigation works, fertilising, seeding and sand top dressing.
- Maintenance of all size goals and nets, and maintenance of ball-stop netting.
- Upkeep of the 3G surfaces in excellent conditions using a tractor with brush implements.

MSc Performance Analyst (Academy) Funded Placement
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and highly motivated MSc candidate within the academy coaching department at Norwich City, embedded in the academy analysis team.
Key tasks/responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Lead on academy match days, providing instant feedback/reviews, predominantly within the Under-15 and Under-16 age groups.
- Assist in databasing and collating clips for best practice, cycle themes, individual development plans.
- Film and oversee training to support training week themes and day release programme.
- Lead data collection with relevant age groups and collaborate with the data insights team, supporting the club's ongoing data philosophy.
- Demonstrate creativity in fun, engaging projects that support individual and team development.
- Be willing to expand previous research centred around exploring the use of telestration within an academy setting.
- Execute additional tasks as required in order to meet the football club’s changing priorities.
