An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic candidate to join the commercial team at Norwich City Football Club in the role of ‘50/50 Matchday Seller’.
The role will operate on a voluntary basis and gives supporters the chance to earn themselves a 2023/24 season ticket!
For every game that a volunteer works, they shall receive one FREE general admission ticket for that fixture. Therefore, if a candidate volunteers at every home fixture of the season, they will, in-effect, earn their season ticket for the 2023/24 campaign.
The ideal candidate will be hard-working, approachable, and friendly with our matchday fan-base. All matchday sellers should possess a sales-driven approach and always exercise the club’s commercial culture on matchdays.
Responsibilities:
- Sales of the 50/50 raffle tickets to match-going fans
- Offer guidance on commercial opportunities where applicable.
- Promote all other NCFC Lotteries products.
Please note, all candidates are required to volunteer at a minimum of 15 home games (including cup games) during the 2023/24 season. Should a candidate wish to volunteer for a fixture, they will be required to work for two hours on the day of the home fixture.
All shift timings are contingent on the fixture date and kick-off time and are subject to change, pursuant to any fixture list alterations made by the EFL. Candidates will be required to arrive by 12.30pm for the majority of the season, in order to begin the commencement of their shift at 12.45pm (candidates will complete their shift at 14.45pm), for a 3pm kick-off.
