This is an excellent role for someone who is customer service driven, approachable and friendly. You will need the drive to want to be the best you can be, delivering a first-class customer service experience to our fans and ensure their journey in store is a smooth one. You will be a helpful, confident team player, with the ability to adapt to a busy environment. The ideal candidate will have an engaging personality and the ability to develop product and club knowledge during the role.
