An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced candidate to join the retail department at Norwich City Football Club in the role of casual sales assistant. This is an excellent role for someone who is customer service driven, approachable and friendly. You will need the drive to want to be the best you can be, delivering a first-class customer service experience to our fans and ensure their journey in store is a smooth one. You will be a helpful, confident team player, with the ability to adapt to a busy environment. The ideal candidate will have an engaging personality and the ability to develop product and club knowledge during the role.
Key tasks/responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Excellent customer service
• Fan engagement
• Shirt personalisation
• Store replenishment
• Delivery procedures
• Till service
• Use of interactive equipment in store
• Ticketing services
