Casual south-west academy scout
Norwich City are looking to recruit a scout on a casual basis to watch academy football in the south-west of England for players aged Under-15 to Under-18 years. Due to the ad hoc nature of the role the candidate will need to be based in, or close to Bristol.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 years scouting experience.
The following criteria are essential:
- Knowledge of local football
- Experience or a background in scouting
- Self-motivated and committed
- A strategic planner, organiser and co-ordinator
- Confident with the ability to work individually and as part of a successful team
- A ‘people person’ with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Computer literate
- Full driving licence
