Emerging talent scout
This role will be responsible for supporting the player identification and assessment process through extensive video and live scouting, reporting and analysis on prospective target players in collaboration with the wider recruitment team.
Key tasks/responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Collaborating with the head of emerging talent to identify players within emerging talent markets (domestic and international) through extensive video and live scouting to support the club’s recruitment strategy.
- Compile and collate reports on prospective target players using bespoke club specific reporting methods.
- Proactively conduct in-depth research into designated emerging talent markets to identify players suitable for Norwich City.
- Work closely with other full time staff to compile emerging talent target and monitoring lists.
- Create a network of contacts to support the emerging talent scouting process and intelligence gathering.
- Develop a strong knowledge of players throughout the age groups at the club to support the succession planning process and recruitment activity across the pathway.
- Leverage data analytics to support the scouting process where appropriate to support decision making and recommendations.

Norfolk casual grassroots scout
This is an excellent role for someone who is based around Norfolk who has a good knowledge of local football and is motivated to support our wider Recruitment Strategies.
Key tasks/responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Attending local fixtures on Saturdays and Sundays.
- Reporting on players involved to help identify players for Norwich City.
- Be a strategic planner, organiser and co-ordinator.
- Confidently work as an individual and as part of a successful team.
- Attend CPD events offered by Norwich City to support your role development.
- The applicant must have a full driving licence to fulfil the role.

IT infrastructure engineer
Our IT infrastructure is vital in supporting the club’s day-to-day operations, and we are looking for a skilled and proactive IT infrastructure engineer to join our team.
Key tasks/responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Management and maintenance of the club’s servers, networking, security, storage, and cloud services, working with a broad range of technologies
- Maintaining and developing the club’s networking infrastructure
- Highly organised problem-solver with a methodical approach to troubleshooting IT issues
- Strong communication skills and a professional, approachable demeanour are essential as you will collaborate across departments, build relationships, and provide support where needed
- The ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and manage workflows efficiently will be crucial in this role.
- Flexibility is essential to meet the operational demands of the club as you will be required to work home matchdays and out of hours maintenance windows.
