Vacancy: Commercial sales executive

**Location:** Carrow Road **Postcode:** NR1 1JE **Employment:** Full time - permanent **Salary:** £20,592 per annum plus company benefits An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced candidate to join the commercial team at Norwich City Football Club in the role of commercial sales executive. This is an excellent role for someone who is driven, ambitious, confident and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Reporting into the head of sales acquisition, this exciting opportunity involves working 40 hours, any five days out of seven as agreed including first team home matchdays. Key tasks/responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 1. To promote safer working practice and maintain a culture whereby safeguarding is recognised as a shared responsibility 2. Working closely with the head of sales to ensure that the lotteries budget is delivered year-on-year 3. Conduct all administration duties involved with the lottery products such as completing draws, validating winners, and processing renewals 4. Correct track and report all lottery submissions to ensure the club are correctly operating within the Gambling Commission License 5. Be the point of contact for all lottery requests from internal and external stakeholders, taking responsibility for the product’s marketing 6. Contribute to the lotteries budgetary process 7. Conduct comprehensive market research, analysis and lead generation across specific business sectors 8. Play a proactive role in all department sales activity, including prospecting and outreach to support new business acquisition, including partnerships, experiences and other commercial products 9. Assist with the preparation of creative proposals to attract new sponsors and commercial partners at all levels 10. Attend client meetings where appropriate 11. Development of good working internal relationships with all departments, especially marketing and communications 12. Support the departments business development activity and action sales initiatives 13. Ensuring the highest standard of customer satisfaction through ongoing contact with external clients 14. Support with client entertaining and engagement activities on matchdays and non-matchdays 15. Ensure that customer records and all elements of CRM usage is optimised 16. Ability to achieve and exceed specific personal and departmental KPIs 17. Understand and comply with General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) at all times 18. Support the club’s VIP Away Days
