Norwich City Football Club RDP are looking to recruit qualified Community & Schools Coaches to help us deliver across our Suffolk programmes, working across our lucrative school's programme in and around the Brantham, Suffolk area.

Norwich City Football Club RDP are looking to recruit qualified Community & Schools Coaches to help us deliver across our Suffolk programmes, working across our lucrative school's programme in and around the Brantham, Suffolk area.

This is an excellent role for someone who has experience working with children, and is looking to gain more experience in the coaching industry.

We have minimum qualification requirements for those who wish to be part of our coaching team, however if effort and promise are shown, we will work with and develop the team through our coach development programme and workforce strategy. We are looking to recruit someone that can fulfil a contract on a casual basis who has previous experience working within a primary school setting.

Key tasks/responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • To deliver high quality coaching and outstanding experiences to participants in the RDP’s schools programme in line with our delivery and coaching philosophies
  • To plan appropriate sessions based on the needs of the specific programme and its participants.
  • To liaise with the main programme’s contacts including teachers to ensure expectations are met.
  • To support with other RDP programmes when appropriate.
  • To act in a manner that supports the Club’s Values of Growth, Integrity, Belonging, Resilience, Pride and Commitment

Qualifications/Experience

  • Level 1/2 or higher in a specific sport
  • Teaching/Schools Coaching Experience Desirable
  • Emergency First Aid Certificate
  • Safeguarding Children Certificate
