Delia’s Canary Catering at Norwich City Football Club is looking to recruit experienced Front of House Staff to deliver the highest standard of service in Delia’s Restaurant & Bar.
Reporting to Delia’s Restaurant & Bar Manager, this exciting opportunity involves working every Friday and Saturday evening, as well as matchdays, totalling 16 hours per week.
The successful candidate will:
- Be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and dedicated to exceeding our guests' expectations.
- Act as an ambassador for Delia’s Canary Catering; engaging with customers to offer a warm and professional welcome.
- Have an eye for detail and quality, an essential part of the fine dining experience.
- Be multi skilled in bar, waiting, wines and cashiering, committed to delivering a first-class bar and table service.
- Have the ability to build rapport with customers, utilising excellent communication and interpersonal skills to attract return business and extra sales.
- Have pride in their appearance, always being immaculately presented.
