**Location:** Carrow Road, Norwich
**Contract and hours:** 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday inclusive
**Salary:** £20,592 per annum, plus company benefits
The Legal and Governance Team at Norwich City Football Club encompasses several critical functions; supporter engagement, safeguarding, legal and company secretarial, that aim to improve standards across the Club and protect from unnecessary risk.
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the team as Governance Administrator. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with a keen eye for detail, to take responsibility for all administrative tasks across the department. This role will also be involved in the Club’s work in equality and prevention of anti-social behaviour. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Suite, with excellent organisational skills and a methodical approach to their work.
**Key tasks/responsibilities include, but are not limited to:**
· Preparation of documentation for, and minuting of, all key legal and governance meetings. Including but not limited to safeguarding, EDI, stadium sanctions, governance briefings, RDP board, supporter groups and supporter panel
· Act as the evidence gatherer for any incidents reported to the Club’s governance department and to prepare briefing notes on these matters for sanction panel review
· Managing and updating the Club’s policy tracker
· Monitor compliance with Club training requirements in governance areas
· Assist the Legal and Governance Director with projects as and when requested
