Graphic designer
This role will form part of a design team of four, producing assets across different areas of the club.
Key tasks/responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Working with the design team to fulfil all briefs, taking ownership of certain products and working with stakeholders across the club to deliver requirements
- Areas of involvement will include men’s and women’s matchdays, commercial products from retail to memberships, catering and events, and design support for the Regional Development Programme
- Report back on the performance and progress in regular meetings with editorial designer
- Assist in implementing and adhering to the club’s central brand and its sub-brands, playing a key role in ensuring they are consistently delivered
- Help to produce and develop innovative, market-leading creative to help the club implement marketing campaigns that deliver beyond expectation and set the bar
- To act in a manner that supports the club’s Values of Growth, Integrity, Belonging, Resilience, Pride and Commitment

Digital assistant
This is an excellent role for someone who possesses a passion to improve and enhance the user experience for both browsing and e-commerce.
Key tasks/responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Working closely with the marketing team to manage the personalised content across our websites and app
- Responsible for creating online forms and surveys, recognising the importance of quality data capture.
- Implement A/B testing on marketing comms to drive increased fan engagement.
- Assist the websites and systems manager with product and event launches and system upgrades.
- Implement SEO and accessibility best practices.
- Responsible for creating our data capture forms, player of the month votes and surveys for all departments across the business.

Essential Qualifications/Experience
- Degree or experience in web technology, digital analytics or digital marketing.
- Experience with A/B testing to understand user behaviour.
