Norwich City Football Club is looking to recruit motivated and enthusiastic individuals to chaperone our junior squad experience in and around the Carrow Road Stadium area on matchdays.

Norwich City Football Club is looking to recruit motivated and enthusiastic individuals to chaperone our junior squad experience in and around the Carrow Road Stadium area on matchdays.

The successful candidates will be responsible for their pitch and reconciling their sales at each matchday.

This is an excellent role for someone who has a positive attitude and good communication skills. Successful candidates will get the opportunity to be part of the exciting atmosphere of home matchdays.

Key tasks/responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Chaperone the junior squad experience guests, completing all duties required such as directing to various areas across the stadium and engaging with activities.
  • Assist with any requests to support fans with various needs such as, directing supporters, assisting with any questions, etc.
  • Ensure the highest level of customer service is required throughout all activities conducted.
