An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced candidate to join the Physical Performance and Nutrition team at Norwich City Football Club in the role of Kitchen Assistant.
This is an excellent role for someone who has experience working in busy kitchen environments and is looking for a new challenge!
Key tasks/responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Day to day cleaning of the kitchens. Wash-up kitchen crockery and chef items as required; uphold the highest standards of cleanliness.
- Regular maintenance and cleaning of the drinks service areas.
- Stock rotation and management of daily deliveries. Ensuring everything has been delivered in the correct temperature and conditions.
- Maintenance and stock control of vending machine/coffee machine in the new Academy building.
- Assist with basic food prep as set by your Line Manager.
- Assist with maintaining and recording all aspects of food hygiene to meet Health and Safety Legislation/requirements and the Club’s food management systems.
- To act in a manner that supports the Club’s Values of Growth, Integrity, Belonging, Resilience, Pride and Commitment.
