Lotus Cars Dining Room Assistant
Key tasks/responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Providing a professional greeting to all customers and being observant and attentive to customer’s needs.
- Building rapport with customers by utilising excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills
- Accurate and efficient use of tills.
- Accurate taking of orders and clear communication with chefs and the back-of-house team regarding customer orders and dietary requirements.
- To be immaculately presented at all times, taking pride in your appearance and that of the catering team as ambassadors for Delia’s Canary Catering.
- A thorough understanding of the menu with and the ability to clearly communicate this to customers.
- Assist with back-of-house tasks and duties when needed.
- Comply with food hygiene regulations, health and safety regulations and licensing laws.
- Ensure that stock on display is sufficient for the smooth running of the days business.
- Perform daily stock takes and record these accurately.
- Responsible for ensuring the service areas within the dining room are always clean and tidy and remain compliant with health and safety requirements.
- Maintain, top up and clean coffee machines.

Casual 50/50 matchday seller
Key tasks/responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Sales of the 50/50 raffle tickets to match-going fans
- Offer guidance on commercial opportunities where applicable.
- Promote all other NCFC Lotteries products.
