Job Title: Marketing Executive

Location: Carrow Road, Norwich, NR1 1JE

Contract and Hours: 40 Hours per week Monday-Friday

Salary: £23,000 per annum, plus company benefits

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced candidate to join the Marketing Department at Norwich City Football Club in the role of Marketing Executive. This is an excellent role for someone who is:

· Able to work independently whilst maintaining open, regular communication with Marketing Manager regarding current jobs.

· Has an attention to detail and ability to produce marketing collateral that will be seen by a wide audience i.e advertising.

· Happy to take constructive feedback and be mindful of the Club’s tone of voice.

· Creative with an eye for design.

· Proactive and uses their initiative; helping to create and implement new ideas and ways of working.

· Commercially minded and pro-active, ensuring that sales are regularly tracked, and activity is being actioned accordingly

· Highly organised with an attention to detail.

· Interested in staying current and inspired with digital research.

Key tasks/responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

· Work alongside the Marketing Manager to execute the Digital Marketing strategy for both Norwich City Football Club and Delia’s Canary Catering

· Offer support and ideas for social media campaigns

· Offer support and ideas for email campaigns

· To work alongside the Club’s web team to ensure there is best SEO practice across all sites.

· Set up and monitor elements of paid activity

· Suggest campaign ideas based on research and trends

· Support the marketing manager with campaign delivery

· Generate ideas for new revenue streams

· Ownership of the Club’s digital screens

· General administrational duties.
