Norwich City Football Club is looking to recruit motivated and enthusiastic individuals to chaperone our club's mascot in and around the Carrow Road Stadium area on Matchday’s.
This is an excellent role for someone who has a positive attitude and good communication skills. Successful candidates will get the opportunity to be part of the exciting atmosphere of home matchdays.
Contract and Hours: Casual, two hours per matchday
Salary: £10 per hour
The successful candidate will be required to work all home matchdays.
Key tasks/responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- To promote safer working practice and maintain a culture whereby safeguarding is recognised as a shared responsibility
- Assist the club mascot with all duties required such as moving in various areas across the stadium and engaging with supporters
- Assist with any requests to support fans with various needs such as, directing supporters, assisting with any questions, etc
- Ensure the highest level of customer service is required throughout all activities conducted.
- To act in a manner that supports the Club’s Values of Growth, Integrity, Belonging, Resilience, Pride and Commitment
