First team rehabilitation performance coach
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced candidate to join the medical and performance department at Norwich City in the role of first team rehabilitation performance coach.
The successful candidate will support the full MDT team of medical and performance staff with the creation and delivery of both gym and field-based rehabilitation programmes, whilst assisting with the performance squad requirements for training and match days as required.
Key tasks/responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Assist in the design and delivery of individualised pitch-based rehabilitation sessions.
- Work collaboratively with the physiotherapist’s/therapists and physical performances coaches to ensure the progression of treatment room, to gym, to pitch RTT is seamless and progressive.
- Demonstrate strong physiological and biomechanical knowledge to ensure program progressions of gym and grass-based rehab are performed to the highest level.
- Have strong experience of technological systems and how such systems link to the physiology of football, including styles of play and positional demands.
- Proven experience of communicating and disseminating knowledge and information of rehabilitation progressions within a high-performance environment.
- Ensure data collection is maintained to the highest standard and utilised in a rational and objective manner.
- Support the sustainability process of players RTP.
- Assist with individual performance support work for the first team squad where required in training and match days.

Academy driver
Norwich City Football Club are looking to recruit mini-bus drivers for the Academy on a casual basis to start with immediate effect.
Required experience:
- Mini-bus driving experience
- D1 driving license
- Clean driving license
The role requires a candidate with an ability to work flexible hours, sometimes on short notice. You will need to have excellent communication skills to ensure a good working relationship with the academy operations team, coaching staff and players.
