An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic candidate to join the Back of House Catering department at Norwich City Football Club in the role of Restaurants Chef de Partie.
This is an excellent role for someone who has experience of working in a high quality catering business with aspirations of progressing in the industry.
The purpose of the role is to produce and serve food items across both our restaurants; Yellows Bar and Grill and Delia’s Restaurant and Bar, adhering to the Delia Smith brand and recipes.
This role is 40 hours per week which is worked over 4 days and includes Home Matchdays and some unsociable hours. This may vary where fixtures fall on non-working days.
Key tasks/responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Prepare and serve food items for Yellows Bar and Grill & Delia’s Restaurant and Bar, working to recipes pre-set by head chefs.
- Work on matchdays as a key member of the kitchen team, taking responsibility for an element of service.
- Ensure that all recipes as set by a supervisory member of staff are followed accurately to maintain levels of quality.
- Work with the Head Chef to create the weekly specials in Yellows Bar and Grill.
- Work within a pre-determined format to keep waste to a minimum as far as possible.
- Assist with maintaining and recording all aspects of Food Hygiene to meet Health and Safety Legislation / Requirements and the Club’s Food Management System.
