The partnerships team at Norwich City Football Club have two key purposes – to retain partnership investment, and to acquire new partners to support revenue growth.
**Job Title:** Senior Partnerships Manager\
**Location:** Carrow Road primarily, with requirements to travel between other club sites\
**Contract and Hours:** Full-time including requirements to work matchdays\
**Salary:** Up to £37,500 per annum, plus company benefits
The Senior Partnerships Manager position is vital in the club’s structure helping support the Head of Partnerships with the delivery of first-class activation campaigns and growth of principal and primary partner relationships. We are searching for a proactive, innovative and confident individual to drive and support these initiatives.
The successful candidate would join the team at an exciting time of launching a new growth strategy, based on innovation, technology and sustainability in line with our key club objectives. This is an excellent role for someone who is looking to expand on their experience in managing partnerships in sport, with wide exposure across the club.
Key tasks/responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Management of the front of shirt partner, and a mix of principal and primary Partners within the club’s partnership portfolio as a single point of contact.
- Responsible for driving all business objectives set at the start of each season to ensure a best in class service for every Partner.
- Design innovative initiatives to support retaining Premier League status revenue whilst delivering a sustainable financial model
- Planning, management, delivery and reporting of individual partner activations, including working with the club’s communications and marketing teams to ensure player appearances, seasonal campaigns and bespoke plans.
- Creation of best-in-class slide decks, reports and documents to support partnership management and organisation
- Match day management and delivery of key EFL/EPL rights.
- Partner event planning, management and delivery.
- Create and foster relationships with key stakeholders externally, as well as within the Norwich City business.
- In collaboration with the commercial leads, deliver a strategy to ensure maximum renewal rates with individual partners, and minimal churn.
