Vacancy: Stadium and facilities manager

**Location:** Carrow Road, Norwich, NR1 1JE **Contract and hours:** 40 hours per week, any five days out of seven as agreed including matchdays **Salary:** Up to £40,000 per annum, plus company benefits A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a knowledgeable and hard-working candidate to join the operations team at Norwich City Football Club in the role of stadium and facilities manager. The stadium and facilities manager will be responsible for the facility management of Carrow Road and Lotus Training Centre, inclusive of health and safety arrangements, line management of operational staff, sub-contract management, and maintenance programme. This role will be the key coordinator for all external and internal stakeholders for any evening within the venue where safe operating practices are required. Key tasks/responsibilities include, but are not limited to: · Provide strategic management to ensure club venues remain operational functional for football matches and all other events being hosted, including the planning, delivery, and monitoring of response and capital management programmes · Line manage stadium operations team (cleaning and maintenance) · Ensure safe operational practices conducted by specialist sub-contractors (including PTW, submission of RAMs and client responsibilities within CDM 2015) · Manage and coordinate the FA/PL/EFL minimum standards annual audit, and any responsive criteria · Lead the contract management process, developing key relationships, driving cost reduction and service delivery · Act as the designated health and safety expert for the club, including but not limited to ensuring the highest standards are met in terms of H&S, conduct relevant training for staff as required, conduct all risk assessments (including work-related stress HSE management) · To act in a manner that supports the club’s values of growth, integrity, belonging, resilience, pride and commitment The successful candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, a high degree of personal motivation and strong communication skills.
