The shortlist for April's award features Natasha Snelling, Lauren Hailes, Ellie Smith and Rachel Lawrence.
City played five games throughout the month of April, winning four and picking up a point against Haywards Heath.
In the four wins, they scored 20 goals, conceding just three.

Natasha Snelling
Top-scorer Snelling added five goals to her tally this month, finding the back of the net against Cambridge City, AFC Sudbury (2) and Chesham United (2).
Lauren Hailes
The City youngster has settled into her role in the squad comfortably over the last few fixtures, both from the starting 11 and off the bench.
Hailes scored the fifth goal in the 6-0 win over Cambridge City and the fourth in the 6-1 win over Chesham United, accompanied by a stunning strike against Cambridge City under the lights at The Nest.
Rachel Lawrence
Back to her consistent scoring form, Rachel Lawrence netted twice in the 6-0 win over Cambridge City.
The 24-year-old fired home with conviction in added time to establish a comfortable 3-0 lead at the half-time whistle, then she found the target again in the 49th minute.
Ellie Smith
Smith netted the only City goal in the 1-1 draw against Haywards Heath and claimed a goal and assist in the 6-1 win over Chesham United.
